Order Shipping Policies for ProPiercingSupply.com

Ship to Address

All orders are sent with signature confirmation and must go to a physical street address.
ProPiercingSupply.com will not ship to a P.O. Box.
Please be sure to provide an actual physical address in the ship to field on the order form.

Shipping Method

ProPiercingSupply.com ships all wholesale body piercing supply orders via either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Most small orders will be shipped Priority Mail as it is both faster and more cost effective. Orders which are either too heavy or require packaging larger than 1 cubic foot will generally ship via UPS Ground.

If you would prefer for us to use UPS ground on a small order, please indicate so in the comments section of your order. We will bill you for our actual shipping costs.

All orders are insured and shipped with signature confirmation for added security. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your package when it arrives.

Shipping Cost

Most orders will be shipped for $12.95. Orders which are either heavy or require large boxes will incur additional shipping charges at our actual cost. As a general rule of thumb, orders which will fit into 1 cubic foot or less will be $12.95 and larger orders will have additional shipping charges added. Although shipping on larger orders can vary considerably, most fall into the $15 - $30 range with shipping costs exceeding $30.00 being rare.

The primary factors which affect shipping cost include:

• Ship to location
• Package dimensions (most cost determinative)
• Package weight

Shipping Transit Time

Orders shipped via Priority Mail will arrive at most locations in 3 to 5 business days. Packages sent to addresses in: Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, South Dakota, or Colorado will often arrive in as little as 1 business day when shipped via Priority Mail.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground will generally arrive in 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. We will send you a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.

Out of Stock Items

ProPiercingSupply.com maintains a HUGE inventory of professional body piercing supplies and has inventory arriving almost daily from various manufacturers. In the unlikely event that you have ordered an item or items which are currently out of stock, we will automatically backorder the item(s) for you and ship them as soon as they arrive for no additional shipping cost.

Most backordered items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days and always within 10 business days of processing your orignal order. If, for reasons beyond our control, we will be out of an item for more than 10 business days, we will contact you and give you the option of either continuing to wait or getting a refund.

If you would prefer that we not automatically backorder items for you, please put a note in the comments section of your order which says "NO BACKORDER".

Remember, on the rare occasions when we are out of stock on an item, we will pay the shipping on that item.
