1.  I do not own or operate a piercing studio, Can I still buy piercing supplies from you at wholesale?

      ProPiercingSupply.com is dedicated to offering our great products to anyone who has a need.

2.  How long will it take to recieve my wholesale order? 

      All orders are added to the queue in the order in which they are received. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days and will arrive at your door 3 to 5 business days after being shipped. Often orders will ship the same day as received, but this can vary depending on the time you place your order and the volume of business we are currently experiencing.

3.  Do you ship to Canada, Mexico, Germany, etc...?

      No, ProPiercingSupply.com does not ship outside of the United States. For more details see our Shipping Policies page.

4.  Can you send me a wholesale catalog and/or a price list?

      No. In order to keep our overhead costs as low as possible so that ProPiercingSupply.com can continue to offer incredibly low prices, we do not publish a printed catalog. All sales are done through our site. Also, we add new inventory frequently in order to offer our customers the best selection possible and the print process is much to slow to keep up with our constantly growing and changing inventory.

We are currently developing a PDF catalog for download though, it should be available in the near future

5.  Why are your prices so low? Are your products inferior quality?

      ProPiercingSupply.com is able to offer such low prices through a combination of volume and low overhead. We purchase in huge bulk lots direct from manufacturers and do not have the overhead costs associated with traditional retail outlets. Also, we do much of our web development and design in house to further keep costs and prices down.

      As for the quality of our items, they are anything but inferior. We are extremely picky when we order and offer only the best quality wholesale body piercing and medical supplies available. Many of the exact same items that we offer on our site commonly sell for as much as ten times what we are getting. Once again, we are able to do this because of the volume of sales.

6.  I am looking for an item not listed on your site, do you have it?

      There is a very good chance that we do. We are currently adding inventory to our warehouse faster than we can get it uploaded to the site. If you are in need of a particular item, just drop us an email and ask. If we do not have it in stock at the moment, we can likely get it in short order as we receive incoming inventory orders every day.

7.  Are you a manufacturer?

      ProPiercingSupply.com does not currenty manufacture any of our products with the exception of some which are assembled in our facility from individually purchased pieces. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not falsely claim to manufacture items which we purchase.

Don't be fooled by wholesalers claiming to be manufacturers, the vast majority of them purchase from the exact same outside manufacturers as we do. Apparently, they are just suffering from inflated egos which cause similar inflating of their prices.

8.  What is your return policy on wholesale body piercing supply orders?

      ProPiercingSupply.com does not normally allow returns on body piercing jewelry and supplies due to sanitary reasons. However, we do guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will usually allow damage claims on items which are damaged in transit. Please see our Return Policies page for complete details on how to return damaged items.

9.  Are the metals and other material used in your jewelry safe?

      Yes, ProPiercingSupply.com insists that all of our wholesale piercing jewelry meets or exceeds 316LVM standards. This is surgical implant grade and is completely safe even in brand new body piercings.

10.  I see you have quantity based discounts, can I mix and match similar items to reach a higher discount level?

      No, our quantity based pricing structure is individually tailored to each item and you must order the required quantity of each item to get the lowest wholesale price.

11.  I would like to place an order or ask a question over the phone, can I do that?

     Yes. We do recommend ordering online though as orders placed over the internet get transmitted directly to the warehouse and will usually be processed faster than phone orders. Additionally, we have qualified customer service reps monitoring our email to deal with customer questions, email questions will get directed to the right party and will be answered more accurately than phone questions in many cases.

  12.  A competitor offers free shipping on all orders, why does ProPiercingSupply charge for shipping?

Compare the bottom line, they are simply charging for shipping in their product prices. For example, 12 boxes of piercing needles from our competitor will cost you $108.00 and be shipped for free. We sell 12 boxes of needles for $66.00 + $12.95 for shipping at a total cost of only $78.95. That is a savings of $29.05! So much for free shipping.
