Our Warranty
Every item we sell is covered by a full manufacturing defect warranty. If you receive a product which is defective, we will replace it free of charge. Due to the nature of our items and extreme variations in the way different piercing shops are run, we do not warrant that any item is fit for a particular use outside of what the manufacturer of the item intended. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your particular needs, please inquire before ordering. Although all of our products are the best available, we can not control the end use of our products.
Shipping Damage
ProPiercingSupply.com gaurantees that your wholesale piercing supply order will arrive at your door in perfect condition. To help protect our customers against items becoming damaged in shipping, we automatically include insurance and signature delivery confirmation on every order leaving our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for a return authorization number and instructions on getting your damaged item(s) replaced.
Manufacturing Defects
Although we hand pack every order and make every effort to inspct each item before it leaves our warehouse, there may be a rare occasion where a manufacturing defect in a product was not noticed when the order was packaged. In the event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within 72 hours so that we can replace it free of charge.
Return Authorizations
To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and get detailed instruction on how to get your item(s) replaced, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To issue you a RA number and get your replacement item(s) on the way, we will need the following information from you when you contact us:
- Your Name
- The order number
- The item numer(s) affected
- A brief description of the problem
